1. Place the ER20 collet DIN6499B into the nut, turn the collet slightly, and push the nut evenly in the direction provided, when the offset flange enters the undercut of the collet.

2. Fix the nut and collet on the main shaft, rotate the nut until the collet is pressed tightly, clean the straight handle of the tool, insert it into the guide hole, tighten the nut with a wrench until the tool is clamped tighten the nut as it will break).
