Roschen provides a variety of sonic bits and shoes to suite a wide range of geologies from loose sands, dense clays, cobbles, boulders, to solid bedrock. We offer bits with various carbide shapes and configurations as well as different sizes to meet your project demands. This includes:
1. Smooth face shoes for softer sensitive soils that are unconsolidated.
2. Carbide bits with unique water channels for cutting through consolidated formations (rock) where face flushing is needed.

1. Special threading on conical shaped connectors assure greatest longevity under the special sonic vibration conditions
2. Mid sections of casing are always selected from the best choice seamless pipe
3. Casing thread connectors are specially friction welded. You need no additives at all
4. Friction welding results in absolute straightness of the casing
5. Welding zones are heat-tempered after welding with a high tech induction technique

Lost and fixed cones

1. Full faced rock button bits

Couplers, adapters and shoes

1. Casing couplers, adapters and shoes are manufactured from officially certified materials
2. Casing couplers, adapters and shoes all have a unique number to allow life cycle tracking

3. Break-out bars are oversized to resist years of intensive coupling and uncoupling of casing
4. Box couplers and break-out bars are machined out of massive steel in stead of welded on the mid section of the casing. This prevents tensions and fatigue due to welding and long term use
